Specifically, the user with a prize draw ticket number closest to the last five digits of the Bitcoin block hash generated after 7:00 PM on December 17th, 2024 (Vietnam Time) would win. As a result, Coincheatkey became the lucky winner with the prize draw ticket number (05980), which was the closest match to the Bitcoin block hash (27980).
